The OTT PLS pressure probe reliably and precisely measures the water level in groundwater and surface waters. The OTT PLS is equipped with a long-term stable, high-precision ceramic capacitive pressure sensor. This is particularly robust and resistant to mechanical overload and aggressive media.
The probe electronics record pressure and temperature values and determine highly precise and repeatable actual water levels by compensating for temperature effects, the relative density of the water and the specific gravity at the respective measuring point.
The OTT PLS is available with different outputs for transmitting the measured values to a connected data logger - the analog 4...20 mA output or the digital outputs SDI-12 or RS-485. In addition to the water level, the water temperature can also be output via the serial interface.
Finally, the OTT PLS is equipped with a high-quality and particularly robust stainless steel housing, and the probe cable is also exceptionally stable thanks to integrated Kevlar threads.
