For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment methods, unless otherwise specified in the product description:

Shipping
We ship exclusively via Deutsche Post.
By default, we only ship to Germany. If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an email (email address) and include the item name, quantity, and delivery address—including the country and corresponding ZIP code. We will then let you know as soon as possible whether we can ship to the desired country and, if applicable, provide you with the shipping costs, as we must first check the shipping options and costs with our shipping partner. Shipping and handling costs
Shipping within Germany is calculated as follows:
Gross value (insured shipping)
0 to 500€ = 15€
501 to 2500€ = 21€
2501 to 25000€ = 56€
Prices may vary depending on the value and weight of the goods. Please inquire about current rates before placing an order. We will be happy to provide you with a personalized quote.
Shipping to countries outside Germany:
Please email shop@dmitec.de to inquire about the current terms and conditions.
Shipping times
Delivery for in-stock items typically takes about 1–3 business days within Germany. There are no deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
