The web portal helps you manage and monitor your photovoltaic systems. The integrated visualization tool enables you to quickly generate customized system reports. You can use historical data to compare systems and even multiple systems against each other. This makes identifying system errors easy. In some cases, you can also compare your systems with weather and satellite data to obtain a more precise analysis and avoid false alarms due to snow cover, for example.

A second life for the Schüco Sunalyzer Web (PR)
We offer a firmware update for the Schüco Sunalyzer Web and Sunalyzer Web PR that enables continued use with a different portal provider. You can purchase an activation code from our webshop that allows you to enter the FTP server address freely. We have also developed a solution with Smartblue that allows you to process Sunalyzer data in their portal. We offer maintenance and repair services for defective devices. To have your device serviced, please send it to us. If your device is defective, please include a description of the problem. You will then receive an invoice for the inspection and a cost estimate. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive a fault report. If a repair is possible, you will also receive a quote for the repair costs.
Repair and maintenance for the Schüco Sunalyzer Web
Please provide your contact information so that we may reach you if necessary. Also, please let us know if this is for preventive maintenance or a repair. If it's a repair, please provide a brief description of the problem. Examples include an error message on the display, no readings from the inverter, or the device not starting. Once the device arrives at our facility, you will receive an invoice for the inspection and cost estimate. After the inspection is complete, you will receive a fault report and, if a repair is possible, a quote for the repair costs. For the Schüco Sunalyzer Web and Sunalyzer Web PR specifically, we offer a firmware update that enables continued use with a different web portal provider. You can purchase an activation code for this update through our web shop. This update allows you to enter the FTP server address freely. We have partnered with Smartblue to develop a solution for processing Sunalyzer data within their portal.
